1. ICT Bundle of Credits
Students complete a bundle of courses including grade 11 and 12 Communications Technology, plus two related credits such as; grade 11 or 12 Yearbook, grade 11 or 12 Computer Studies, grade 11 or 12 Computer Engineering, or grade 11 Business Marketing.

2. Certification and Training Experiences
Students acquire six industry recognized certification and training courses; Standard First Aid, CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) and AED (Automated External Defibrillator), WHMIS (Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System), General Workplace Health and Safety, Fall Prevention, and Recording Equipment.

3. Experiential Learning and Career Exploration Activities
Students earn two Co-operative Education credits to gain valuable industry experience working in their career field of interest. Past students have enjoyed placements at various local businesses: Digigraphics (Graphic Design), YourTV (Television Production), Walmart Photo Studio (Photography), Leading Edge Hobbies (Web Site Production).

4. Reach Ahead Experiences
Students experience Reach Ahead activities travelling on school trips to explore post-secondary school studies opportunities visiting college and university campuses to learn about various media production programs. Past trips include; Algonquin College (Graphic Design) Concordia University (Photography), Humber College (Film and Television Production), Ryerson University (Radio and Television Arts), Sheridan College (Photography), St. Lawrence College (Graphic Design), and Queen's University (Film and Digital). Students also experience Reach Ahead activities travelling on school trips to explore career opportunities touring professional working media production facilities. Past trips include; CBC National, CKWS TV Radio, CTV National, Dome Productions, etalk, Global, and TSN.

5. Sector-partnered Experiences
Students engage with a sector partner to explore sector-related content, skills, and knowledge involving ICE (innovation, creativity, and entrepreneurship) training. A past partner experience involved a day long workshop with the Kingston Canadian Film Festival to brainstorm and develop action plans to increase youth participation in the film festival.
