Holy Cross offers an exceptional variety of courses and programs for students to benefit from.

The
Arts Department
is a leader in arts education being the first in the Kingston community to produce major musicals such as "Les Mis" and "Phantom of the Opera"
The
Technological Education Department
teaches leading edge technology, from 3D printing to live video streaming to computer numeric controlled woodworking equipment
Cooperative Education
allows students to earn secondary school credits while completing a work placement
Dual Credit
programs allow students, while they are still in secondary school, to take college or apprenticeship courses that count towards both the Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) and a postsecondary certificate, diploma, degree or a Certificate of Apprenticeship.
Life Skills
teach Community living skills in all grades and in a number of program areas. For the younger student, community awareness is emphasized through excursions in the community. For the older student, community living experiences can be provided through consumer studies
The
Ontario Youth Apprenticeship Program
(OYAP), allows students to begin training for a career in the skilled trades and gain on-the-job training and experience in an apprenticeship in a skilled trade while earning credits towards the Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD)
The
Specialist High Skills Major
program allows students to focus on a career path that matches their skills and interests while meeting the requirements of the Ontario Secondary School Diploma (
OSSD
