The Resource Room is an exciting and busy place! Students working with an IEP access the room for extra support and assistance in their ​courses, as needed. Students are also invited to use the room as an alternative to the regular classroom as a quiet space to work or write a test. The Special Education Resource Teachers (SERTs) are responsible for tracking and meeting with exceptional students to monitor academic progress in each subject area. In addition SERTs consult with Classroom Teachers and the school’s Student Success Team regarding students who may require additional monitoring and academic coaching.​​
