"Students in several classrooms [at Ecole catholique Cathedrale] planted and grew an indoor garden. This was for a variety of purposes, one being to learn about plants, their design and function and the importance that plants have on the lives of the students including for wildlife habitat, food, healthy air to breathe. It was also done to encourage healthy eating and access to healthy food." Platinum Level St. Martin of Tours Catholic School
